Special Club Meeting – Guest Speaker for the Canning Stock Route expedition the Club is taking on later in the year

We’re excited to announce a special club event featuring Dane Penstone, who has led 12 professional expeditions across the legendary Canning Stock Route being hosted at TJM O'Connor.

Dane will be sharing his firsthand experience, practical insights, lessons learned, and what to genuinely expect when tackling one of Australia’s if not the worlds most iconic and demanding remote tracks. Whether the Canning is on your bucket list or you simply enjoy hearing from someone who’s done the hard miles, this will be an invaluable and entertaining evening.

This is a fantastic opportunity to hear real-world advice on preparation, vehicle setup, convoy management, logistics, recovery considerations, and the realities of remote-area travel.

🔥 TJM will generously be putting on a BBQ for us — a great chance to catch up with fellow members over a feed before and after the presentation.  TJM will also have staff onboard if you want to ask any questions about vehicle set ups and will have the retail store open for us during the meeting.
