Holland Track for Western Australia Day Monday 2 June long weekend

The Trip will be  a grade 2-4.  Expectation of recovery gear likely.  Nights will be early as there are lots of camping spots with the aim to be setting camp around 3-4PM except for the first night. Pending how well we traverse the terrain, we may end up at a place where we can catch some seafood.... 

Ensure:

Wet weather gear - can drizzle or bucket down in this area.

Dry gear to stay warm at night.

Water Proof tents.

Warm gear - temperatures are likely between -3  to 5 degrees at night. 

Recovery gear minimum is:

• Snatch Strap
• 2 x Maxtrax style boards.  Preference is 4.
• Minimum of 2 bow shackles or soft shackles.  Soft shackles are encouraged as they are the safest.
• Rear two recovery point.
• Compressor.
• Basic tools.
• Shovel
