Rabbit Proof Fence Road Trip
This Road Trip will follow the 1833 km No.1 Rabbit Proof Fence constructed 1901-07 from Starvation Boat Harbour on the south coast to Cape Keraudren in the north.
Through the Wheatbelt, station country, Little Sandy Desert and the Pilbara.
Meeting Point: The Lakes, Great Eastern Highway

Distance: 2000 kilometres approximately.
UHF Channel: 14 (alternative is 15).
Accommodation: Bush Camping, occasional caravan park.
National Park(s): Cape Range
What to Bring:
Standard recovery gear and camping gear. You need to be self-sufficient for food and water.
Various country towns, limited as the Road Trip proceeds north.

Vehicle Damage and/or Recovery:
Your vehicle may be damaged and/or become inoperable/immobile and other participants in the Trip will make ‘best endeavours’ to repair it or get it to a populated place or another place where commercial recovery can be effected. The ultimate cost of damage/recovery is your responsibility.
If you act inappropriately while on the trip, you will be asked to leave.
This event needs a Trip Leader to proceed. After the drive to Waroora Station we’ll head up the coast to Coral Bay then Ningaloo and on to Exmouth. The trip north and the return journey will both be direct, on bitumen, limited stop drives to maximise the time available on the coast. ...
